I ordered cake with special time slot paying extra fee for that but the cake was delivered late and in so messed condition which was not good and now getting cake after a day which is no use. I want my refund back and your staff is not receiving the call which is so rude and arrogant...

I ordered a cake not delivered then it didnt refund also . After that ordered a cup in refund of that money .

Such a bad team and bad service they have i dont why still they are been allowed to run this . Iam trying to complaint this on higher level as soo many complains about them. Why still the Cops are not taking any action on this...

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday for 11th november but the delivery did not happen. I called the customer care number the next day and realised it went to a wrong number. Now even after calling them multiple times, no one is picking up the phone!!! I even sent them an email requesting for refund but no response to that either. All those ordering from this site. Beware!!!...

My ordered not delivered in time. They say as per tents and condition after 6 orders would be delivered next if that is the case. While raising the request with time and date. How was this processed. The contact numbers proviflowers n cakes to india.com support teamded on invoice was of hyderabad and order was for banglore address.

Could not arrange any thing as it was too late.

Now they say will deduct 50%....

Cnf138635 - i have placed this order on february 13th, 2016. I had paid amount of 2152rs through online transaction. But the product was not delivered.
Tried to call the provided number: [protected]. Multiple times. But no has answered the call at all.
The product is not delivered and we did not even hear back anything from them.
But in their website order status shows delivered....

One of the WORST services I have ever seen from a company. They delivered the flowers, but there is no sign of Gifts that were ordered alongside. Now i feel, i should have either gone with ferns and petals or cityflowers. They are far better, give good time ranges, and their delivery is quite on time and of full order.
