Camlin — Blue Marker

I purchased a new sealed blue colour marker from my retailer Sakshi Stationary in Tilakwadi RPD cross. Belgaum for 25 Rupees. When i came home opened the seal the marker was not writing on the white board. Tried to check if there was one more invisible seal on it but it was completely dried and not a blue dot came on the hands or the board. I want to the shop the next day as it was late evening I checked the product.

The shop keeper refused to return the money or give a new marker as replacement. I was very upset and asked him to keep the marker, also told him to raise a complaint to Camlin as we are his regular customers but he refused to do so. I as a consumer may not remember a loss of rupees but will always remember Camlin product which we have been using from our school days giving such products without a quality check.
