Can Fin Homes — regarding the loan closed

Dear sir,
I have submitted an application to close my loan account on 1st of july-20
My loan naresh kumar account no[protected]
But till yet i have not received any confirmation from bank side
I have deposited an amount of 16 lakh & it has been cleared from my account
I am ready to pay full and final payment
Yesterday we have received a msg for emi
But i will pay full payment
So i request you to please provide me balance amount details soon
