My name is Shalini Sudhakumari, my account no is[protected], canara bank, cosmopolitan branch, Trivandrum.. On 29th October I had ordered a dress in amazon through canara bank netbanking for rupees 830/-.. Then I had canceled the order later on and Amazon had processed a refund on 23rd November.. Till now I did not get the money in my account. I have received a refund reference no # . This is the message received from amazon.
