I am a customer of your bank. My problem is that, your staff named as Abhi Sir, behaves rude every-time and knowingly waste customers time in the bank. So i face problem in your branch. Our branch is situated at Markona in Balasore District.

Updated by Mr. Ajaya Dear Sir,
On 05-Mar-2017 (Sunday), time- 14:59:40, Your Bank Customer Care Assistance (named Rahul and Deepak), debited My Account Number[protected] with Rs. 3000.

Your staff knowingly and fraudulently debited my account. Rahul Sir told me that, your debit card has been blocked, and again said that, don't worry, i will solve this problem. Then he told me to call the debit card number and i do the same. Then he transfer my Rs. 3000 to his account.

So Please sir, kindly take necessary action immediately.
