I, SUMANTA GUPTA, am having a CANARA SUPER SAVINGS SALARY ACCOUNT having account number[protected], at Patliputra Colony branch, Patna. For the last two days I have not been able to transfer funds to another account (other than Canara bank) using the new website, which has been launched recently, as the OTP is not coming to my registered mobile number. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I used to transfer funds in the past without any hassle.
Please rectify the issue as soon as possible.
