As I wanted to operate my locker for some reason, I gave all necessary information to the officer (mohammad arif) . he said let me check the details in record and in computer to which he didnt got my locker name and detail. 29 August 2022 at the time ..it took 1 hr and 30 min sitting in branch for locker operating .no one bother about it, no body allowing me to operate though having key, the akota branch is responsible for holding details of individuals locker .but there was no such record and upadation in computer of our locker, then my father intervene, he especially talked with the ritu Singh the manager in akota branch, then she checked all necessary detail in computer and records but there was no such detail, after such case she did some favor, although it there fault to pay attention for such missing document I am not reaponsbile for such thing in bank . how can I trust them for second time, ?who is responsible for this then?
I am looking forward for better service for future work with akota branch Canara bank, hopefully they will improve .
