Canara Bank — Regarding security guard rude behaviour

I went to the bank at 3.58 pm on that time that security guard close the gates and told to us time over you should come to Monday .I told him politely this is very important to add adhar to bank that's why I came it's just 5min work plz allow ...he told very rudely no officer doesn't allow and he doesn't give any application on this time this type of lamiexcuses he told.
What is this ..this is a govt Bank or that securitys bank ..
Plz take a necessary action as soon as possible...
