Canara Bank — Reimbursement of atm charges

Sir, It is submitted for your information that I am a DSP Account holder and being maintained by KOVILPATTI (1107) branch. I have withdrwan money from Canara Bank ATM on 13/02/2023 sebsequently my account was debited with Rs 94.40/- as ATM charges whereas DSP Account holder is eligible for unlimited ATM Transaction within month as per Canara bank circular 03 of 2014, product number 130. I have requested by multiple emails and have also been raised online complaints vide 2223CQ8863, 2223CQ6908 and 2223CQ4722 but still there is no response/action taken by the concerned branch. Hence you are requested to take prompt action at the earliest.
