Canara Bank — The amount Rs.2000/- not refund in my account against neft transaction failed on 03.08.2016

Respected sir,
This is jasmin from thanjavur. the amount Rs.2000/- failed during neft transaction on 03.08.2016 from my net banking transaction. many time i have complaint my canara bank srinivasapuram, thanjavur, tamilnadu. he said we follow the steps and submit a complaint, but till now the amount of Rs.2000/- not refund in my account. i have send complaint two times from online last week but not take any action against my complaint. the details of failed transactions are given below.
