Canara Bank — Unnecessary deduction of money in the name of non-maintenance of minimum balance

Once I didn't have minimum balance in my account, then the amount for not maintaining it got deducted. For the last one year amount is being deducted continuously every month even after maintaining the minimum balance. The branch manager at Girinagar said it will stop, but it hasn't.
