Me & My family were on vacation at manali and we visited club house on 30th may 2023 where this company was promoting themselves by giving away lucky draw gift vouchers we won one of them and they took us to there office on 1st floor for there membership presentation. They explained everything about their membership of 1, 60, 000₹ .They asked us to pay only 1 rupee through debit card and rest can be paid after taking services. But they misused my debit card for EMI transaction. When I contacted them back they assured a refund. But now whole team and even there website is not responding. I have all the call recordings, mail reply and written sign copy of cancellation of membership. Executives are using fraudulent ways to scam people by asking their debit or credit card.
