I have purchased a Canon Colour Printer Model No G 3010 for my personal use from pathankot on 18 Jun 2020 . As per the policy of the Canon Company as informed to me by the dealer that The installation shall be done by the company engineer. As guided, i spoke to the customer care on 20 Jun 20, registered my request and received the confirmation as mentioned below:-
CSP/20200620/1858816 Sr No KMAJ53818/g3010 Engr from Image Tech System Co PH NO [protected]
I was informed that i shall be contacted within 8 working hours. However, no one called for more that 48 hrs. Thereafter, i contacted the number i was provided with. Since morning today on 22 jun 2020, i have spoken to the individual 6 times and he kept on promising the installation today. How ever It didnot happen today also.. It is a false promise from the company to contact the customer in 8 working hours and poor services facility. i am regretting of buying such expensive printer from Canon India.
I want the installation as soon as possible and reason for failing the promises and not adhering to the timelines set by the company Was this information helpful? |
