Hi, I brought a Canon Pixma Pro 100 in Mid 2018. Now, I am not able to find its CLI42 cartridge anywhere (including in Canon website). I am searching for the cartridge for almost 14 months now and it is not available anywhere.
I was able to print only ~150 copies of A3 Photo with its one set of cartridge that came with the printer.. and now its lying around with the printer head getting dried up (Which I am worried as the head costs another INR 10, 000)
I have raised multiple complaint and queries with Canon and no one has provided me the solution.
Also, why is the company selling this product, when there is no support for it. Did I spend INR 32, 000 for this printer only to print 150 Photos?
And, your company says, USE ONLY CANON ORIGINAL INK when it is not available
I strongly appeal for compensation if the printer head is dried and damage due to company's irresponsibility of not selling its cartridge to its customer.
