I have purchased canon 6d mark ii[protected] serial number and registered on same day.
By mistake i have entered a wrong registration name and i was unable to change the name and de-register the product as there was no option to do so.
So, i called your customer support and told that i am unable to change the wrong registration name. They told me that we will change the name from our end and revert back to you within 24hours. The 24 hour never came, i have called the customer service hundred of times, everytime i got mail that your ticket has been generated but the problem did’t solve and no executive calls back.
I have purchased cannon 6d mark ii in last week of september but did’t received any free benefits till date, may be due to the problem that you haven’t solved of registration name. I am also having 3 more canon dslrs and several other canon equipment’s and expect canon service to be very good because it’s the only brand i prefer and recommend to others.
Kindly resolve my problems as soon as possible. I have recently tons of assurance over customer service call. Was this information helpful? |
