I purchase the above mentioned printer in January 2020. Just after purchase there was printing problem and your mechanic came and rectify that. Actually some minor problems started thereafter. I was managing some how. Of late the problems aggravated and suddenly one error code 9500 appeared. I contacted your customer care centre and lodged complaint. Your mechanic came and examined the printer and told that the motherboard is not functioning and he was unable to rectify the same as that is not available. He suggested to purchase a new one. My apprehension is that a defective motherboard was installed and the printer was sold to me initially and this may be tactic of the company to sell the machine in such a way that it would be out of order just after expiry of the warranty and the mechanic would insist for purchase a new one to promote the sale. It appears to me that if it is not solved, I would be forced to take up with consumer cell and other appropriate authorities. Was this information helpful? |
