Canon India — Multifunction printer | |||||
My PIXMA MG 7570 multifunction photo printer is not printing. It is in warranty period. I had locked a call on 08/12/2015 for get service. Call No CSP/20151208/5501, Printer Serial No ADPS00139. An engineer came and said that a part is needed and this part is not available in market. So it may take long time. 47 days past and I have not get any service from Canon.I further called Cannon customer care and explain the problem twice. The service centre to which this case is mapped is Sabsonic, kolkata. I received a call from a new service cenrtre from Kolakata and they said me that the call is open and so they can not do anything for me if the call is not closed. What should I do? Has canon any responsibility for customer? My work is suspended for 47 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
