The printer (model - G3012) was purchased on 15th Jan 2022 for personal usage and within a year, there were 3 complaints raised for the same issue, "Print not coming, not able to see the content on the page".
We strongly believe that the issues were temporarily fixed as there are continuous similar issues being experienced with the new printer.
Again, we are facing the same issue and the customer care is charging Rs. 650 for the same. Cannon should have checked the issue and replaced the printer with a new one or they should have repaired it with a good technician. Paying 650 for homely usage which is too much as the print demand is approx. 100 pages in a year. Also, paying 650 does not guarantee that you may not pay the charges in the next 1-2 years.
Very highly disappointed and disheartened to pay such a huge amount for the printer with so many repair incidents :( ... I would highly recommend anyone to purchase not just this model but not trust on cannon products anymore. Was this information helpful? |
