[Resolved] Canon India — No installation done in spite of multiple requests - Worst customer experience | |||
I have bought a Canon Pixma MG3570 All In One Inkjet Wireless printer on 18th Oct 2015. I called Canon customer service on 23rd Oct 2015 for installation (Ticket # 1356944). I was promised that a service executive will visit my place for installation within 48 hours. However no one visited for installation till 28th Oct. On that day a service engineer visited during office hours and without calling us, when no one was available at home. Since then I have been called 6 times without anyone visiting. The issue has been escalated by the customer service team internally as well. However still no effect. Today, 31st Oct, I spoke to a supervisor for customer service team as well (Vipin) asking for a visit to be arranged today as tomorrow is a Sunday and next week again I'll be having office. However, it was of no use. I am extremely dissapointed as a customer. I had taken the printer hearing that Canon has great customer service however that does not seem to be the case. a simple installation cannot take this long..period. I shall probably never buy a Canon product ever again in my life! Was this information helpful? | |||
