Part of the printer is broken by engineer due to his negligence while doing service of the printer, now the service provider of the company is asking for the charges of that part. Even after 5 days the printer is in faulty conditions (Not working) no one from the company is ready to listen. Engineer who came to repair said we will charge for that part or you do your complaint we are not responsibble for any kind of breakage. Request you to kindly get the problem sorted asap.
