Canon India — Regarding non printing of pages

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

As i have purchase a canon printer PIXMA G3010 vide serial no. KMYG52150 from vendor. As i have purchase in the last few months and it is in warranty.

As it is not getting the printout as I stay at Dwarka
My address is B-31, First Floor, Sector-23, Aditya Enclave, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077.

I wish you to please send someone between 9 AM to 3 PM

Within warranty, try to replace the printer or else raise a grievance before hand. We are experiencing the same issue with this printer and within a year of purchase, there were 3 support requests raised and now the warranty has expired, they are charging us for the same...just wanted to alert you..
