Canon India — Selling a problemetic Canon DSLR camera & When I send camera to service centre demanding a money 60000 rupees

I purchase canon DSLR before 8 months ago and now the DSLR is not working and I collect it to canon service centre and service centre demanding 60000 but my camera is still in warranty I think company selling a problematic model and when it's not working so they are to customer collect cameras to service centre and earn money...
