My brother subrahmanya umesh kotra has applied a home loan in canopus for Rs.1, 80, 00, 000/=

I received an agreement papers.

I called to mr vivek operational dept and he is also not answering my calls.

i has transferrd the amount in icici bank of canopus current account

So kindly help me to refund my processing fees and file login charges (Total rs. 1, 80, 000/=) without any deductions.
