Booked air-travel ticket through website "www.travolook.in" on14th August 2021, however, immediately paying the money through Amazon Pay. The transaction got cancelled and received message from Company that it was due to some operational reason and the merchant communicated that I can expect the full refund within a week. After a week on 21th Aug I called them they said I will get the money on my account by tuesday (24th Aug) . I called again on 26th Thrusday. I haven't received It is 27th May today and even after repeated reminders, there is no refund credited back to my account. Calling the customer care is no help as they are giving different excuse.
