Capital Honda — Very poor service to customers

I had given my car for service under insurance claim and change of parts on 13.11.2015. Till date the car was not shown to the insurance surveyor. It was supposed to be delivered today but the car is at the same place at the yard for seven days. The poor service from the service department has created an hatred towards honda now. Honda is loosing its reputation because of such treatments to customers. Capital Honda's Employees informed me that Survey was completed on 16.11.2015 but till date it has not been done.
