[Resolved]  Tata Motors Limited — cheating in service

Dear Sir

I have purchased Indica Vista (TDI),RJ20Cb4299 from your authorized dealer M/s Chambal Motors Kota .We have chosen TATA brand because we thinks that TATA is India’s trusted brand but now I feel that your focus is on only selling the product by making fool but after sale service is not your concern.

We have purchased this car in fusion scheme in which Dealers had charged 35000-- extra by saying that 4000/--monthly installment will be paid by fusion company for 2 year and in this duration customer have to paste some advertisement material on car according to fusion company but after purchasing the car no fusion representative contacted us for advertisement and few month later 4000--- installment also stopped It show the integrity of company and company dealers that your intention was to sale the cash only by making people fool.......we know that at the time of purchasing dealer had cleared that company and dealer is not involved in this scheme. But it should not be logical that without company’s involvement any dealer could perform such type of activity in the dealership premises because TATA image is also involved in this activity ...



I have sent my car to your authorized dealer for servicing on after complete check up your mechanics asked that there is[protected] Rs expenses will be charged for this service and resolving the problems ,we agreed and told them to complete the work, after 2-3 days they called that your car is completed you can take the car with you. Before taking delivery we took the trial but we were not satisfy and discussed with the mechanic he assured that after running few days the problem will be resolved it is occurring because parts are new.

After few days your customer care called and asked for rating the service as my satisfaction level and I have rated by 4 .Next day your dealers representative called and told us Why we rated by 4 ,if you have any problem you should call us ,now you can send your car again and i have sent my car again next day after checking the car they called us that now there is 19000/- expenses in your car, we asked them that in previous service you suggested that the problem will be resolved in[protected] Rs and we paid but the problem still exist now you are charging 19000/- for the same problem for which I have already paid ,but they did not answer…
In spite of taking extended warranty you are not considering it, because I was out of station was not be able to send my car for servicing..Why you did not confirm us at the time of selling extended warranty .

Now these are the reasons that I have decided to go to the consumer court but before this as TATA is a trusted brand ,I think we should discuss with company ,therefore we would like to pay your kind attention towards following points……………….

1 1. At the time my previous service in which you have charged 7674/- ,you did not know these 19000/- expenses problems ?
2. If Yes………..then why you did not tell us and why you did not work for this 19000/-expenses problem and why you have charged 7674/- where as the problems yet to be resolved ?
3 3. Should we think that this is the result of rating 4 given by us as revenge?
4 4. Now, how we can trust that your service centre will not damage the car to increase the amount by 19000/- or more than this to prove your credibility or trust ?
5 5. How I feels that same mental and financial harassment other TATA customers (which I have hared among the TATA customer to whom we contacted) are not facing ?

Please help me or Iost all my trust on TATA brand and their credibility .it will be ok ?
Do you wants that any of your customer will have to challenge TATA credibility in consumer court ..If No …than please try to understand our trouble as earlier as possible ………
