Hello Sir/Madam,
I would like to register my grievance for the fraudulent act by 'Carcare India' company (A car service provider company). I purchased the car service package on 10th Dec by paying INR 9, 999/-, through their telemarketing channel, based on the explanation provided by the sales representative (Kunal)over phone, offer promised to me & the explanation available on their website.
Apart for regular car service package, I was promised below offers, also messaged me on WhatsApp;
- If I book on that day I would get 50% cashback on total value of 9999/-
- The next day of booking I would receive the Sony parking sensor kit.
After payment, i received an email confirming the purchase Order No- 00474
Next day i received verification call too & i booked the first service on 17th dec. When i enquired about the gifts/cashback, i was told that it will be received within a day, but it didn’t happened.
They didn’t turned up on 17th Dec nor did any communication. When i called them on 18th they booked me another slot on 20th dec. After enquiring about cash back/gift, i was told they have communicated to their sales team & they will get back to me. I called them couple of times, but everytime I got the same response.
Even on 20th dec they didnt turned up nor did any communication. I called them next day again & the attending person bluntly said, " itna offer kabhi milta hai Kya". He said he doesn't know about this & asked to call the sales person who promised me. I requested them to cancel the order & refund my full money, on which he said it is not possible & i will not get any money.
I tried connecting to the sales person to the mobile no.[protected]/[protected], which was official suddenly turned to personal no. and is unanswered till date.
I am extremely unhappy with Carcare company for defaulting on the promise made to me. I wish to cancel this package & request your intervention & support to get my full refund.
