Card — Abuse call

Today i.e. 7th may 2016, I received a call from following number [protected] at 3:04 pm.
The caller introduced himself from a bank i.e. Reserve Bank and then when I said, "am i fool? which bank runs on Sunday?"
The person gave me abusive bad words and disconnected the call!
A humble request! Please take my complaint under consideration and do the needful!
