Care Health Insurance — Refund the Amount

I was having the policy with Star Health Policy - P/161130/01/2020/057024 and one of Person Miss Pooja Tiwari called me and told me she is calling from Care Health. I have shared my existing policy to port from the Star Health Insurance. But today I came to know they have issued a fresh policy. Also I came to know that Bfsi Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd is the agent and they also changed the mail id and not mentioned my mail id on the policy document.
Received a call from Miss Priti Saxena (Employee I'd 0059) regarding porting of my previous policy. As she told me she is working on the Care Health Insurance and forwarded the mail for porting of policy with all existing facility without co-payment charge including renewal bonus of additional 500000/- in addition no claim bonus facilities with same policy. If the same benefits will be with the policy, then there is no issue to continue with the policy.
As discussed with Mr. Aryan and Miss Priti, the portability request is under verification.
I have requested to port my policy but issued a fresh policy and not ported the policy and as I told to customer executive Mr. Himanshu and Miss Priti to port my policy, but still not ported my policy.

This was not my fault, this is the fault from the company as I have shared all the previous policy documents with them.
I have raised the complain then I received call from Miss Priti and Mr. Mahesh Gandhi, for satisfactory mail. they told if you want refund then send a satisfactory mail so that they can process my refund and to close the matter.
As requested by Mr. Mahesh Gandhi and as discussed with Miss Priti, to close the matter on the issue of refund. I have written the mail but after that they are not picking the call and not responding to the message. Again I am requesting Miss Priti and Mr. Gandhi to resolve the issue and refund as discussed with them.
I spoke to Care Health Customer Care on 19th March 2022 and 22nd March 2022, as they told the refund has been processed with Transaction ID "P60MV8A4536WL90000001I" on 13th March 2022, but again informed them no refund amount has been received.
