Careerhammer — cheating on 47000 on assurance of job with leading companies mentioned to me

Before payment I was assured with job and payment was asked in parts like registration, profile updating, registration at leading companies. Once payment was done they sent certificate that they do not guarantee for job. I was sent two to 3recommendation of jobs not matching my profile even degraded up to officer level. Later on after following up I was told that they cannot provide me job based on my profile. Post that after months I followed and was told we will revert in two days and refund cannot be given. After that I'm unable to contact as they must have blocked my no. Neither there is response on my mail
