M/s Career Index taken charges (Rs. 58000+ aprox in 3 term) against services regarding job. They haven't provided services as per their term & conditions, due to which I've discontinued services. They have taken a certain time to refund my charges and taken additional more than 2 month including certain time but still not yet refunded. They are not receiving my phone call properly, nor responding in mail properly. After several phone calls, when they receiving my call not responding properly. Now it is absolutely uncertain to me that whether they refund my paid amount or not ?
Therefore I need help in this regard.
