I received a call from a representative of careerstep.in on 2nd Apr, stating there is a job offer and he said he needs a fee to arrange for an interview. I had paid the amount.
Following is the phone number from which i received a call - +91 [protected] ( Names of the people i spoke with, Neeraj, Anurag).
After going through HCL Tech website, got to know that, HCL does not ask for a fee for an interview, so that lead to my conclusion that, the folks i spoke to are frauds.
I contacted these folks again (on Saturday as well as Monday), and asked them to refund the money. They kept postponing the discussion and from today (04th Apr 2016) evening 4PM the number is switched off. The site (careerstep.in) is still active as of today. Was this information helpful? |
