careless attitude of office staff — My loan process

2oct 2015 shop number-[protected] Today when i call the bajaj finser for my help, as mistakenly my bank accout got nil, and i was nt able to deposite money bcoz of bank holiday(2 oct), office staff (manish) said tha he will as soon as possible send a person to my house to collect the money.after sometime when i again called asking for the person, dey wer treating me like i was a complete strainger to them and they said who iam n what i wnt, i got annoyed and said my problem, dey said that the money collector boy may be can come at very very late as his convience.they wer nt able to clear my doubt and do anythingh abt my problem.
