[Resolved]  Carnations — Delay in service and poor response

Hi I'm lodging this complaint regarding delay in service from Car servicing providers named Carnations in Palampur tehsil in District Kangra, H.P. My father met with an accident on 11th May-14 and the car was sent to carnations for service. It's been more than two months now but he is not able to deliver the car back giving the reason that he is not able to procure the new air bags for it. Moreover they put a dent in my car at the back to which he admitted himself, I have been following up for last two months and now he is not even responding back giving the mental harassment. Required you intervention and pls take up this case for the resolution.
