Carnival Cinemas — bad picture quality for movie

Right now i am at screen 4 of the carnival cinemas, watching তৃতীয় অধ্যায়. The picture quality is so bad that the experience is worse than watching a sd channel in 100 inch tv screen.

We don't come to a cinema hall to experience such a bad quality picture. I don't know if the movie file is of bad quality or the carnival cinema equipment is. This needs to be fixed or consumer's money to be returned.

We were enjoying the movie on lazy Sunday afternoon. Someone from above threw burgers, cakes and coke on my friends head. We went to complaint but manager wasn't there. We didn't get any assistance from staff and manager, later manager told us he will refund and his behaviour is astonishingly rude. This is not the way you treat a customer.

We came to Carnival Ameerpet for watching a movie on 7th July 2019 for a 10 pm show in screen 1. The stench was unbearable. It was a mixture of sweat and humidity. The carpets have not been cleaned. And the litter from the previous show wasn't even cleaned out. Please look into it.

We are watching The Lion King at Carnival cinema, vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.
There is no cleaning of cinema hall.
