Hello sir/madam,
I am submitting this complaint to let you know how the staff is disrespectful and the cinema is charging money for ac which they aren’t using it during the movie hours. On 12jan i booked 3 tickets (Platinum class worth rupees 450/-). After reminding them several times they didn’t do it. So pl take action against these guys and do needful as these guys are disrespectful the costumers since a very long time. Was this information helpful? |
