I bought Carrier AC 1.5 ton 18k Astra NXI Hybrid 3 star inverter model from Sathya Agencies P Ltd from their Coimbatore R.S. Puram branch show room vide invoice number 21012WHED027366 on 27.02.2022.
I am so sad to inform you that the indoor unit has a dent on the bottom portion of the air vent frame, and came to my knowledge today 28.02.2022 when the technician came to install it. The serial number of the product is[protected] product date 19.02.2021.
Although showroom people informed me that the product will be replaced, I am not delighted as why quality inspection is not done by Carrier company or the showroom guys before delivering a product to a customer. I took one day leave to supervise installation, besides arranged ladder on hire basis. All my efforts wasted because of lack of quality inspection done by your team or the team at showroom. The loss ultimately falls on my head. Why should I bear the losses for the mistake on your part ? Please compensate my losses besides getting a good replacement which should be 100% free from defects. I should be compensated @ Rs.5000/- for the loss of my precious time, besides compensating me the expenses on ladder hiring @ Rs.1000/- per day.
