My AC was showing the PO/P4 error, due to which I reached out to Carrier Service centre. They sent a representative name Soumen who was very rude & was using harsh languages. He & the service centre said that the issue is with the AC compressor & that I have to replace the same. We claimed that our AC Compressor is still in the period of warranty & thus they asked us to pay a set up charge of INR 5, 000. Even after getting the new set up done & paying for it, the problem is still persisting & we are being asked to pay again for some other thing name PCB. PLEASE HELP! This is totally fraud activity that is being carried out & I highly condemn Carrier for having such staffs.
