I bought the AC last 10 months ago. Worked for exactly 3 months. After that it didn't work. I told customer care 5 months ago. the workmen repaired it and it didn't work, they said that it was a PCB problem and they replaced it and after 15 days they replaced it with a new PCB one but the dispay didn't come and they also came more than 10 times. It has been 5 months. No clear answer was forthcoming. I also told the showroom where I bought it many times but no action was taken. They worked even today but it didn't get fixed, that's why I've wandered for 4 months. This is causing great stress. Give me the right answer tomorrow. It seems to me that they cheated me by giving me the old AC. I request you to exchange me a new AC.
