Carrier Midea — 1.5 ton ac

I purchased a carrier midea 1.5 ac on november 2018 from flipkart. Also at the same time i pay another 1699/- for extended warranty of 2 years. On april 2019, means 4 month from the date of purchase. The ac is not colling. I complain so many times and finally the tecnician came and check the ac by replace of refrigent, vaccum the pipes etc etc. They checked whole day and finally they declared that the ac is not repairable. Its a manufacturing defect. Then they note down all the faults in a form, the grill temperature is 23 degree celcius with contineusly run about 2 hours. And no cooling the room.in this form i sign with my seal. After completing fill the form they assure that they submit the form to company and the company decided to replace the ac unit. But still any action not taken by the company and tecnician. I don't know when they solved my problem. I call customer care so many times but they told me you wait 24 hours, we forward your complain. I enclosed the form fill by the midea tecnician at the time of inspection. Please inform me soon the final decision.
