I had technical problem in my AC after 2 months of purchase and when a technician visited he told there is a board problem which has to be replaced, for which I agreed. He told that he was going to order it but after couple of months when I called customer care they said nothing has been ordered and they have sent couple of technicians and somehow they have temporarily fixed. There hasnt been any board replacement and I kept my AC as it is without using. Meanwhile the warranty for AC has expired and when I called customer care again they have sent technician and when he visited he told me that there is a board problem and that has to be replaced and nothing has been happening.
