Carrier Midea India — Defective air conditioner unit supplied and company not replacing the same | |||||
I purchased carrier 2 tr sac superia from m/s ace technomark, j36/37, sector 18, noida vide invoice number 2982, dated 13/03/2016. The company person came for fitting today and after 9 hours of trying to install, they concluded that the machine is faulty. The outdoor unit fan works after the machine is switched on. However, neither the compressor, nor the indoor unit fan works. On 13th i registered a complain to carrier customer care (Trn[protected] and since then 2 technicians came for inspection and both of them confirmed that the indoor unit was defective. But instead of replacing the same, they tried to convince me that it would be repaired. When i rejected the idea, then they almost threatened me that even after replacement, the new unit can break down in 15 days!!! It is now over 18 days and the ac has not been replaced, nor the company service manager has any idea when it will get replaced. I have made a complaint in the nch website and if nothing happens then i will have to file a legal suit against carrier for harassment and poor service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
