Carrier Midea India — Free service

I have purchased split AC 1.5 TR, inverter type, durafersh ipro on 13-5-21 from Advance refrigeration at Nagpur, they haven't provided even single free service, many times company assured of free service and even issued ticket number during Sep 21, but no service is provided, In month of July finally them came and demanded Rs1000/- for service, reason is the the AC is out of warranty, I refused for paid service, customer care service also refused to help, Can I get free service now
