Hi i have bought a carrier split ac 1. 5 ton. I had bought with an extended warranty.
One year the services were to be chased but eventually got done. The problem started when the extended warranty started.
I had complained on june 9th for water leaking. The technician came and charged me for cleaning and said the cooling is not happening. He billed me for it and i paid without any discussion. He assured me that he will come and solve the cooling problem.
Since then i have been following with croma care and nothing is been happening. Everytime i am assured that someone will call.
On 24th july which is after more than a month and a half i got a call and was told that someone will come and attend the next day.
Again a false promise and no one has called or come.
Today again i called and i am assured some one will attend to our grievences. It is frustrating and i don't know why i paid for extended warranty.
If the company cannot provide the services why take extended warranty.
We are a ccouple who are working and every time we have to either take an off or go late for work.
