I bought Carrier 1 Ton Inverter 3 Start 12K AC on 19 Feb 2021.
After 1st Installation water started pouring inside. This was rectified in 2nd free service.
After 2nd free service some noise started while starting and stopping in the swing blades.
30 May 2022 hardly after one year started with cooling problem. Raised complaint and a company service man came did some thing started working.
On the same night again started problem. On the next day 31 May 2022 another company service man came and said that need to replace some parts in outer unit, changed it and amount has been charged.
How come parts of AC which is one year old will go out? is this the quality of this product?
Now 7 July 2022 started having same problem. What a worst product.
This is my 2nd bad experience with Carries AC. This is my mistake buying Carries AC even though had multiple problems in my previous purchase.
Is there any way i can get replacement for this or else give pls give half of my money and take your product. i'll buy better product like Voltas which is working well for the past 10 years. Was this information helpful? |
