Carrier Tech — Payment not received nor refund

I got a call from career tech and gave me so much confidence stating this is a genuine work. Since, i will be free in evening so that i can utilize that time for productive and thought i'll do this for time being and i did pay them rs. 3500/- to their phone pe scanner and they sent me an email with attachments regarding work. And they said, the payment for this project is ₹6500+1250 on the next week once the project submitted and 3500 is an refundable, the person who is responsible spoke to him only said accuracy should be 80%, should submit on within timeframe. He just explained this part she never told me that if accuracy level is less than 80% that there will not make the payment and registration amount is also not refundable. I was not informed about this nor it is mentioned in their terms and conditions.
And, i called that person to whom i paid the money, he didn't respond to my calls or replied to my whatsapp msges, But nothing happened
This people should be punished pls take action they are frauds they make 100 calls till registration after that no proper response.in these hard times they are cheating on people who have already lost their jobs. I hope they get punished for the scams they do.
The only thing i regret is, i worked so hard to finish this project inspite of suffering from severe cold believing i'll get paid. Now i have lost my money also. If there is any action taken, please do contact so that i can send all the phone numbers they gave me. I've total 4 phone numbers they contacted me on. Thank you.
