Dear All,
be aware of purchase wagon R DUO LPG, I purchased on 26/04/2012 and after I run 7 months Steering wheel lower arm has been cracked, luckily my family was safe from big accident and we fight with company and dealer to get new vehicle but they were not accepting to do and damage is very rediculus and which is manufacture defect only, this incident happened without any hit or no other mistaken by driving since self own vehicle.you can see the pictures, after we send the notice they given reply that now they said 1500Km /PerMonth only has to run per month is there any company putting this condition even two wheeler manufacturer also not putting this limit of drive on month basis.kindly suggest reg. how we need to claim damages and our value of live.
incase this incident happened at High way at 80 to 100Kmpl total vehicle get into turn means big accident.
