Hello, I'm suderson. I bought a Electra type from Velavan Motors, Virugambakkam on may 4th. I've completed 3 services. I feel such bad about the service. Everytime I've chanrged about 1000+ amount but I didn't feel the worth. 3rd service is the worst. Please close the service and have only sales department. Due to high irritation I'm drafting this mail. No problems have been solved which was raised by me and many new problems were created. Watchman was also so arrogant in his approach. No workers available to take the bike delivery. The customer has to take the delivery on their own.
Once the amount is paid, then you will not be cared. They just care about the money that they make at that time.
No worth to the cost that they get from us
Bad customer management
No Workers will be available after 6 pm
You wont get any respect after 6 pm
The guy who take queries from you will not available at the time of the delivery
Once paid, then no workers will come even near to you
Please do opt for them, Road side mechanics are far better than them.
Even I doubt that they might have changed the parts as mentioned by the other guy from the same vendor Was this information helpful? |
