On 25th May 2013 morning, i booked yellow cab (Indica) for 26th May (Sunday) for Laldarwaza from Madeenagowda at evening 6.45.
On sunday 26th evening by 6.00 i called the customer center and asked about the cab details. I was informed that it will come by 6.45.
So i waited till 6.50 but didnt receive any call from driver. So i called the customer care and i was informed that cab to my area was broke down and another cab has been arranged.
Between 6.45 - 7.30 i called the customer center five - six times and i was given the same information that cab has broke down and a new cab was arranged is on the way
At 7.40 when i called to asked the details about the driver, i was informed by the customer care lady that cab has been broke down and no cab has been arranged.
So at 7.40 i again called a lady from customer care told me that cab has been broke down and no cab has been arranged.
I was so irratated and wanted to talk to the team leader but the team leader was on another call and the lady told me the TL will call me back.
However, no call was received by them.
I am really amazed and irratated that how such a big company like Yellow cabs provides such services.
The customer is not provided with good services but also fooled by the customer centre executives.
Atleast the company had informed me on time or provided me the true information so that I could arrange other cab or asked for help from sumone else. Was this information helpful? |
