Cars24 Services — After car scrap not providing necessary documents after three months

I handed over my Santro car for scrap to Cars 24 on 29th Jan 2024. After multiple follow-ups, the Cars 24 team is not providing the chassis plate, certificate of deposit, and scrap letter, which the Cars 24 representative agreed to provide through their operations team. I have already raised this issue with cars24 customer care.
